A wide variety of child care exists for Newton families. Selecting child care that meets your budget, schedule, parenting philosophy and other unique requirements can be an overwhelming task. NAEYC (National Association for the Education of Young Children) is a national credentialing program which sets standards, evaluates and recognizes a high level of quality child care within a program. If this option is not available, and you have trouble fitting the webpage on a single page width, you can change the orientation to "Landscape" and reduce the left and right margins to fit more of the webpage on the sheet of paper. Family day care is care provided by individuals in their homes for up to six children at any one time. Large family day care programs are licensed for up to ten children at any one time.
